Join Our Team as a Residential Support Facilitator

We are excited to announce an opening for a part-time (22.5 hours) Residential Support Facilitator at Hightown Housing Association. This role is designed to provide essential support to individuals in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver housing-related assistance to residents, whether in a supported living environment or within the broader community.
  • Develop and maintain support plans and risk assessments tailored to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual.
  • Assist service users in overcoming challenges related to substance and alcohol use, promoting recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with specialized service providers, including community mental health teams, to ensure comprehensive support.
