About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our client's dynamic organisation as the Head of Asset Management. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering their Asset Management, Investment, and Regeneration services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead the team to achieve the Decent Homes Standard and meet the requirements of the Regulator's Home Standard.
  • Drive the organisation's decarbonization targets and contribute to their environmental vision.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance across the service area, including CDM regulations and health and safety requirements.
  • Manage budgets and procurement processes to deliver efficient and value-for-money asset management.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results, while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive sector-leading performance and promote innovation.

Requirements

  • HNC/Degree in building and/or construction (essential).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in asset management and building maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, planning, and health and safety requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent team and line management skills.
  • Proficiency in ICT tools and software, including Excel and asset/compliance databases.
