Role Responsibilities:
The Regulatory Reporting portfolio encompasses various reporting obligations that require immediate attention and resource allocation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the implementation of critical regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Operations Change and Transformation team to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the organization to prioritize and implement diverse change initiatives driven by regulatory, compliance, and market demands.
- Conducting thorough business analysis focused on Transaction Reporting within the context of Regulatory Change.
- Partnering with Operations and Technology teams to identify and address post-implementation gaps, ensuring comprehensive solutions are developed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in project/change management within the Financial Services sector, particularly in Investment Banking.
- Strong business analysis skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Microsoft Solutions Framework.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of business analysis frameworks.
