Technical Solutions Architect / Implementation Specialist

Location: Remote

The Technical Solutions Architect plays a crucial role within our Professional Services team. This team is dedicated to assisting clients in the swift and sustainable integration of our solutions. As a Technical Solutions Architect, you will serve as a hands-on advisor and technical expert, tackling complex challenges in content localization and crafting sustainable solutions to meet our clients' evolving localization demands.

Key Responsibilities

∙ Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and design scalable solutions.

∙ Proactively manage process modifications with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

∙ Provide exceptional support to clients, leading workshops and troubleshooting sessions to resolve intricate issues.

∙ Advocate for best practices to facilitate optimal integration and platform adoption, ensuring long-term success for our clients.

∙ Stay updated on emerging technologies, develop innovative tools, and contribute to continuous process enhancements.

Qualifications

∙ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on technical solution design and implementation.

∙ Strong analytical skills to navigate complex problems and a comfort with technical challenges.

∙ Excellent communication skills to effectively advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

∙ Proven ability to drive results amidst complexity and changing requirements.

∙ At least 2 years of hands-on experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.

∙ Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language, with the ability to read and write basic scripts.

∙ A suitable home office setup for remote work and the capability to collaborate effectively as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

∙ Experience in software development.

∙ Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and SQL.

∙ Familiarity with file engineering and regular expressions.

∙ Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN), web servers, and proxy technologies.

∙ Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Kibana.

∙ Background in translation, localization, and internationalization processes, or fluency in multiple languages.
