Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a well-established service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care and support, enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our service users enjoy a variety of activities, including walks, shopping, and socialising. A great sense of humour is essential to support them in their daily lives. We offer a two-shift rota, with days and nights available. Full and part-time roles are available, and we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encourage and support service users to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
