We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Jet Aire Services. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our depot, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- First Line Supervision: Supervise and manage the operational team, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- First Point of Contact: Be the primary point of contact for all engineers, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Equipment Management: Ensure that all engineers are properly equipped and prepared for their tasks.
- Work Scheduling: Be aware of the daily whereabouts and programming of work for all engineers.
- Reporting: Keep the Operations Manager up to date on all aspects of depot operations.
- Contract Management: Ensure that all contract paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner, and that CCTV data and drawings are transferred accordingly.
- On-Call Rota: Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and coverage as needed.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who has a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring efficient operations. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
