Job Overview

In this full-time role, you will manage your own caseload of quality private client matters, handling all aspects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive legal services to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse range of private client matters, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of service.
  • Draft complex wills, handle estate administration, and prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for both health and welfare and property and financial affairs.
  • Deal with contentious probate matters, providing expert advice and support to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor, offering practical and commercial solutions to meet their needs.
  • Network and develop a rapport with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
