Private Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Hewitts Solicitors in Bishop Auckland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of files across various sub-categories of Private Family Law, including Divorce, Financial Arrangements, Child Arrangements, and Domestic Abuse. They will work closely with our team to provide expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and support.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of Private Family Law files, including Divorce, Financial Arrangements, Child Arrangements, and Domestic Abuse
  • Providing expert advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of service and support
  • Working closely with the team to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent results
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of PQE in Private Family Law
