Position Overview: Isla Rose Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Executive to oversee account management in the southern region. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on expanding our client base within the waste management sector.
Company Background: Our organization is a leader in the waste management industry, operating multiple facilities across the Midlands and Staffordshire.
Role Objectives: The primary goal of this position is to enhance revenue generation by developing new business opportunities within a designated territory, collaborating closely with a national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative approach to assess client needs and optimize service offerings.
- Focus on expanding the top 20 regional accounts.
- Engage in travel throughout the southern region to meet clients and prospects.
Candidate Profile: We are interested in connecting with candidates who possess:
- Experience in account management, particularly in hazardous and non-hazardous waste sectors.
- A valid UK driving license.
Contract Details: This position is offered on a permanent basis, with a standard working week of Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours.
Compensation: The salary for this role is set at £42,500 base, complemented by a performance-based bonus.
