We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to take on a Maternity Cover position as the key figure in uSwitch's internal communications. Your role will involve driving strategic coherence, nurturing a robust organizational culture, and enhancing employee involvement. You will work closely with diverse teams and report directly to the Senior Leadership Team, significantly influencing our corporate communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the implementation of a new internal communications platform
  • Design and execute a communication strategy centered on culture and engagement
  • Partner with senior leaders to ensure communications align with organizational goals
  • Oversee the communications framework to provide a cohesive employee experience
  • Organize key company events and meetings
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate smooth information exchange
  • Counsel the leadership team on effective communication approaches

  • Proven experience in internal communications within a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in developing and executing impactful communication strategies
