We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team of casual Invigilators. As an Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the fair and proper conduct of examinations, both paper-based and online.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the smooth running of examinations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
- Monitor and supervise students during exams, preventing any form of cheating or malpractice.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and management, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- A Level 2 qualification in English and Maths is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong understanding of the examination process is desirable.
- Regular availability Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
