Job Title: Bartender

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Square Grill House. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service standards
  • Upsell and promote drinks and menu items to customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of drinks and menu items, with the ability to make recommendations to customers
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
