Centre Administrator for the Centre of South Asian Studies

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Centre Administrator to join our team at the Centre of South Asian Studies. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre, providing administrative support to the Centre Director and other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Director and other staff members
  • Manage the Centre's administrative tasks, including correspondence, reports, and records
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including academics, researchers, and external partners
  • Ensure the Centre's website and social media channels are up-to-date and accurate
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
