The Role: Service Desk Engineer - End User Support Apprenticeship
As a Service Desk Engineer Apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our valued clients. You'll be responsible for resolving incidents and requests efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and remote access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 Desktop, and 365 applications.
- A genuine interest in technology and its impact on businesses.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
