We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team at a primary school in Walsall. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes in Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to a class of students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and productive school culture, promoting the well-being and achievement of all students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning outcomes in Key Stage 2.
- A strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks for Key Stage 2.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
- Good knowledge of Maths and English.
- Planning and marking experience.
