About the Role

Ryecroft School, a new options school catering for pupils with Autism and complex needs, is seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team. The school will have a capacity for 60 pupils and is due to open in September 2024.

As a qualified Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for our pupils. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Assess and track the progress of each pupil, providing tailored support as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Specialisation or experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Passionate about early years education and fostering a positive learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
