Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Engineer to join our Technology team. As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that enable a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with stakeholders to determine software requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in Java 11 or greater.
  • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Webservices (SOAP, REST), HTML/CSS/Javascript, Git/GitHub.
  • Proficient in API design and implementation.
  • Experience with cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
