Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Surrey. As a key member of our software engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications using Java 11 or greater, Spring, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using Java 11 or greater, Spring, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain robust RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between microservices and external systems.
  • Work with cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda.
  • Deploy and manage cloud-native/containerized applications in scalable environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on complex engineering solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong programming/development experience with Java 11 or greater, Spring, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proficient in API design and implementation, with experience in architecting and developing robust RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless computing platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
