Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our team at People Source Consulting trading as Experis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing Procedures: Develop and implement effective purchasing procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Stock and Delivery Coordination: Coordinate the movement of goods across our global network, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
