About the Role

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Design Associate to join a prestigious Interior Design & Architecture Studio. As a key member of the project design team, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of high-caliber projects, combining a strong vision with a practical approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) client relationships and project presentations.
  • Demonstrate an excellent eye for design and the ability to lead the stylistic direction of projects.
  • Produce and oversee the production of immaculate design presentations.
  • Bespoke Design: Possess extensive experience in bespoke luxury furniture and joinery design.
  • Take responsibility for the creative output of projects, maintaining strong oversight of project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • At least 7 years' experience in Luxury Interior Design, including a minimum of two years on projects in London and some international experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in an additional language is beneficial but not required.
