Your Responsibilities:

Have you ever wanted to challenge yourself by understanding how various databases interconnect to ensure Wowcher customers receive accurate pricing and availability for their bookings? Now is your opportunity.

Collaborate with multiple departments throughout the entire lifecycle of deals, from initiating new offers to modifying existing ones and providing insights on concluded transactions. This role could be yours.

Your Key Tasks Include:

  • Establishing database entries for new offers to deliver booking information to customers.
  • Adjusting live offer pricing and availability as requested by merchants.
  • Resolving issues with live offers to ensure accurate information is displayed.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and respond to spontaneous data requests while maintaining ongoing projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and working styles.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure under pressure.
