Optometrist Opportunity

Zest Business Group is seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team in Thatcham. As a patient-focused independent practice, we offer a personalized experience with advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough sight tests for patients, utilizing Optomap, OCT, Tonometer, and digital slitlamp equipment.
  • Work alongside an experienced Dispensing Optician to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Manage patient cases with clinical freedom, deciding on lens and contact lens dispensing.
  • Collaborate with other Optoms, Trainers, and Professional services teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC.
  • Ability to work as the sole Optom and adapt to our practice's needs.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Focus on clinical excellence and patient engagement.

  • Salary between £50,000 to £60,000 DOE, plus bonus.
