Area Sales Manager for Plastic Building Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling plastic building products to general builders, commercial contractors, and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling plastic building products such as fascias, guttering, cladding, decking, sills, drainage, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, and bathroom panels
- Building relationships with general builders, commercial contractors, bathroom installers, roofing contractors, roofing installers, decking installers, plumbing merchants, builder merchants, UPVC stockists, housebuilders, and local authorities
- Meeting sales targets and achieving turnover goals
- Working closely with the Area Manager and Sales Director to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Construction sales experience
- Knowledge of the plastic building products industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy
