About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Match demand and supply on a daily basis for next-day depot delivery, and forecast for the next 3 to 7 days, taking into account UK and import season factors.
  • Liaise with various departments daily, including Technical, Allocation, Supply Chain, and Procurement, to obtain accurate and up-to-date information to support planning.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Prepare and send a daily plan for today's packing tomorrow's depot delivery.
  • Prepare and send a packing guide based on the pre-week plan for growers packed at the Packhouse, taking into consideration the latest updates on volumes and expectations.
  • Amend picking plans in the UK in accordance with current needs, following the pre-week plan for each customer and grower, and communicate changes to growers.
  • Attend daily meetings with growers and communicate directly any changes to their picking plan in the UK.
