Industrial Pest Management Specialist

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a motivated and capable Trainee Pest Management Specialist to become part of our dedicated team of Expert Pest Controllers and Industrial Biologists.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,100.

Working Schedule:

  • Standard working hours are from 08:30 to 17:00 with a 45-minute lunch break; however, due to the nature of pest control, occasional overtime may be required.
  • We provide statutory holidays along with 20 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days with tenure.

Position Requirements

  • The ideal applicant should possess a degree in Biological Sciences. Extensive training will be provided to enhance your skills and qualifications, with each certification milestone resulting in a salary increase. As a Certificated Field Biologist, your salary could rise to £31,000, typically achieved within 2 to 3 years, with exceptional candidates advancing in as little as 18 months.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients and staff at all levels, from entry-level to executive management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • A valid UK driving license is necessary, and candidates should either reside in the relevant area or be willing to relocate.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing our industrial clients to ensure they remain pest-free while providing guidance on environmental enhancements. This role is field-based and not laboratory-oriented.
  • As client needs evolve, our services must adapt accordingly, offering opportunities for business development with commission incentives.
