Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Mid Hampshire Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services.

Main Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end administrative and coordination support to our Service Delivery Team. This will include:

  • Managing clinic and procedure bookings, as well as general inquiries from member practices and patients.
  • Monitoring our Admin email inboxes and addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing administration, including post.
  • Dealing with general inquiries and ensuring they are handled efficiently.
  • Responsibility for incoming and outgoing referrals through our electronic referral system (eRs) and self-referrals.
  • Management of EMIS (clinical system) Patient Administration Lists, ensuring all service users are processed in accordance with our service operating procedures.
  • Booking and confirming patient appointments.
  • Assisting in the administration and delivery of clinical and non-clinical stock within our services.
  • Assisting in the management of test results.
  • Establishing and maintaining clear filing systems for administrative paperwork.
  • Assisting in maintaining office equipment and supplies, and arranging new orders in accordance with company policy.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience within a primary care or healthcare setting, although this is not essential. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support and are looking for a challenging role within a dynamic organization, we would love to hear from you.
