Key Responsibilities- Support the Implementation of New Employee Benefits: Collaborate with our new business coordinators and client owners to implement new employee benefits, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.

- Strong Technical Knowledge of Risk and Healthcare Employee Benefits: Possess a deep understanding of risk and healthcare employee benefits, including industry exams and certifications.
- Develop Core Skills in Communication, Questioning, Listening, Report Writing, and Presenting: Develop and maintain strong core skills in communication, questioning, listening, report writing, and presenting, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internal Systems: Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant internal systems and databases.
- Demonstrable Experience in a Similar Role: Bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in Financial Services or financial services administration, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Building Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- High Level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
