Job Summary

The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will provide technical support for all practice management systems, serving as the key liaison between Finance and IT departments. This role involves coordinating infrastructure and system support, development, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and own technical aspects of all practice management systems, including SQL environment and customizations.
  • Resolve escalated support calls and manage 2nd and 3rd line support.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and collaborate with teams to analyze, develop, test, and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Share knowledge with team members, finance, and stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and related products (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)
  • Microsoft Windows Servers

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and experience with the Aderant Stack
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with finance systems (Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub)
  • Experience with MSSQL Server
  • Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance processes and accounting rules
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
  • Experience with incident, service request, and problem management processes
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills
