Our client, a unique manufacturing company, focuses on research, development, and innovation. They are fast becoming a leading business in Additive Manufacturing, pioneering the way onto global markets.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both commercial and R&D projects, including the management of product development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for progression and self-development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and ensuring that quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
  • Conduct materials processing, product testing and analysis, including arranging sub-contracting.
  • Commercial and R&D projects; including the management of product development initiatives.
  • Perform engineering tests and trials.
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Maintain and develop quality systems processes and policies.
  • Provide regular written reports covering activities and the status of work and activities.
  • Develop, pilot, test and launch new products. Ensuring that every offering is clearly differentiated, quality assured and aligned to brand and strategic priorities.
  • Effectively lead and participate in business team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Materials Engineering Degree or Equivalent essential.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
