Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Engineer to join our team at Lucas Kennedy Group. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide server hardware break/fix support and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and escalate complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with server break/fix
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Solaris operating systems
  • Working experience with Oracle/Sun hardware, Remote Access Cards, and HP/DELL servers
  • CompTia A+, Server+, HP, Dell, and IBM certifications are a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
