Technical Standards Liaison Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Senior Management, Quality Assurance, and stakeholders to ensure timely action on non-compliances.
  • Analyse non-compliances to develop and deliver specific task training for problematic areas.
  • Liaise with the Technical Standards Department to standardise workflow and Line Station requirements across the Ryanair Group network.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest level of service and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • EASA/UK CAA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
  • Proven experience in Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance, preferably in Line Maintenance.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and AMOS Software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
