We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Insurance Trading Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our pricing and trading team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our home insurance products and propositions to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure our home insurance products remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and propositions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product decisions.
- Lead and manage virtual teams to achieve business objectives and drive high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and internal teams.
- Salary: up to £65,000 (London) or up to £55,000 (National), depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Bonus opportunity: 10% of annual salary, actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's.
- Generous pension scheme: Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
- Up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts.
