About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate to join our client's well-established IP Litigation Group in London. The group handles a diverse range of disputes and related advisory work, representing clients across various dynamic industries, including fashion, film, video games, esports, e-commerce, music, and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide range of contentious matters, including trademarks, designs, and copyright disputes.
  • Providing top-tier legal advice that is pragmatic, commercial, and free from jargon.
  • Assisting in the management of trademark portfolios for clients.
  • Working closely with the team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of PQE in IP litigation.
  • Strong academic background with high-quality training and experience.
  • Currently working with a reputable IP practice.
  • Preferably completed the Oxford IP Diploma course.
  • Broad background in various IP disputes and litigation, including trademarks, designs, and copyright, as well as some knowledge of non-contentious IP.
