Key Responsibilities:

Case Oversight:
Manage a caseload of individuals under supervision, performing regular evaluations to track their progress.
Design and execute personalized rehabilitation strategies based on risk assessments and individual needs.

Support and Counseling:
Offer guidance and support to individuals to tackle underlying issues that may lead to criminal behavior.
Work in collaboration with external organizations and professionals to ensure comprehensive assistance for those under supervision.

Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to supervision conditions.
Conduct regular check-ins, drug screenings, and home visits to confirm compliance with established guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting:
Keep precise and current case files and documentation.
Prepare comprehensive reports for court proceedings and other relevant parties.

Community Collaboration:
Build and sustain positive relationships with community resources to aid successful reintegration.
Organize and engage in community initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism.

Crisis Management:
Act swiftly in response to crises and emergencies, providing suitable interventions and referrals.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in probation, parole, or a similar field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of criminal justice processes and rehabilitation methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
