Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of building maintenance and repair work to our public and private business premises across the area.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of properties, with the ability to work on their own proficiently and carry out plumbing works without immediate supervision. You will also be able to diagnose and repair leaks, faulty taps, and other plumbing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work to plumbing systems, taps, and drainage
  • Diagnose and repair leaks and other plumbing issues
  • Work collaboratively with specialist trades colleagues to complete complex tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role

Our Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £31,.20 per annum, as well as overtime and call out rates. You will also receive 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, a van + fuel card for work use only, and access to local discounts and benefits.

Requirements:

Proven experience of maintaining plumbing systems across a range of propertiesConfident in carrying out isolation and repair to plumbing systems and, taps and drainage is advantageousDemonstrable skills and experience in a variety of tradesExcellent customer service and communication skillsFull UK driving licence to meet travel requirements of the role
