As a Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Park Royal depot, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the transport schedule and coordinating with the workshop, warehouse, and driving teams
  • Fostering a positive and supportive work environment through regular communication and coaching
  • Enhancing communication quality across various channels, including phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Maintaining accurate depot administration, including sensitive information such as damages and losses

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in depot management, preferably within the tool, plant, or access hire industry. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
