About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and stock levels to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to boost store performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
