As a Culinary Specialist with HCC-Temps Ltd, you will:
- Create appetizing and nutritious meals
- Design food menus that cater to diverse needs
- Ensure the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality dishes
- Collaborate with kitchen personnel and fellow chefs to provide outstanding culinary experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform practical tasks related to meal preparation using both powered equipment and manual techniques
- Guide and oversee colleagues in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation
- Monitor and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Infection Prevention & Control regulations
- Inspect and manage inventory to meet established standards and policies
Requirements:
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificates
- Understanding of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
To begin your journey with us, you will need to submit your training certificates, DBS certificate, passport, right to work documentation, proof of National Insurance, proof of address, and two references.
If you require a new DBS or training, you will sign your contracts, receive your uniform, and have an introductory call with one of our experienced chefs to discuss your new role and what to expect.
