We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and office staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Oversee team sign-ins, tool care, and permit procurement.
  • Conduct weekly van checks to ensure vehicles are in good condition.
  • Supervise and lead a small team to meet project deadlines.
  • Comply with company core values.
  • Report site issues to project managers and office staff.
  • Maintain yard tidiness, ensuring stock organization and waste disposal.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance.
  • Competence in using gardening tools and equipment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
