Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Associate Director to lead our European payroll function, covering over 30 countries. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, leadership, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15+ payroll professionals operating in multiple countries
- Oversight and involvement in payroll migrations and vendor selection/consolidation
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, internal and external auditors, HRBP's, Global Finance, and other stakeholders
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement change and drive business growth
- Lead projects and initiatives to improve payroll processes and deliver business outcomes
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a large payroll function (ideally 8+ employees)
- Global and EMEA payroll coverage for multiple countries
- Experience in payroll migration, system implementation, parallel running, and vendor selection
- Strong ability to manage a diverse workforce, prioritize workload, and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Hybrid structure: 4 days per week office-based (Frimley) and 1 day WFH
- 4.5 day working week (half-day finish, every Friday)
