Position Overview

Location Flexibility: We welcome candidates who can commute to our sites, with a hybrid working model available.
Key Responsibilities of the OTC Brand Manager:
- Implement brand strategies to achieve defined commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to establish brand positioning and targeting for new product launches and extensions.
- Oversee and monitor the marketing budget in alignment with annual planning cycles.
- Assist in developing and executing brand plans that optimize customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance of public-facing materials with relevant industry regulations.
- Evaluate and propose new product development opportunities to drive business growth.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand identity.
- Partner with the Medical team to support strong product claims.
- Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Support the sales team in achieving brand sales goals through various initiatives.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships to maximize brand performance.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Proven experience in B2C marketing, preferably within consumer health or related sectors.
- Knowledge of key marketing components, including advertising, market research, and digital campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
Additionally, candidates should be:
- Educated to degree level.
- Effective communicators with a proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented and customer-focused.
