About the Role

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement safety leadership principles across all levels of the organization, fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Establish and maintain robust risk management processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, corporate standards, and policies.
  • Build and implement annual EHS business plans to improve the implementation of EHS Technical Pathways in the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), including risk reduction.
  • Continuously monitor and improve risk management performance, identifying areas for improvement and sharing best-in-class methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory enforcing authorities and insurance companies, ensuring compliance and minimizing exposure to loss.
  • Build capabilities across all site employees, ensuring they are proficient in handling safety-critical activities.
  • Develop and implement communication and information systems to facilitate the reporting of EHS metrics and relevant scorecards.
  • Facilitate improvement plans for site sustainability and utility reduction, driving compliance to Kraft Heinz Corporate standards for facility security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EHS management, with a strong background in safety leadership, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with regulatory enforcing authorities and insurance companies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team, driving business outcomes and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
