We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Brainkind. As a Senior Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and ensuring that exceptional standards of care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a positive role model and ensure that best practice guidelines are followed.
- Assist in the effective assessment, admission, and discharge planning with the service users' care team.
- Establish systems and processes to ensure effective communication and continuity of service user care, liaising with inter-disciplinary teams.
- Empower and enable staff to contribute to the delivery of high-quality person-centred care.
- Adhere to organisational and NMC guidelines for practice requirements and standards, such as the safe handling, administration, and storage of all medication.
- Ensure that appropriate risk assessments are undertaken and that agreed action plans have been implemented.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of NMC guidelines and best practice standards.
