Main DutiesAs an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload of staff and patients, providing care and support within our Occupational Health Services. You will demonstrate highly developed and advanced specialist knowledge and skills through innovative practice, leading to training provision and manager support that ensures the effective and efficient use of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of staff as patients, providing expert care and support.
- Contribute to the development of the team and service improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on occupational health matters.
We are looking for a candidate with a clinical degree and relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience. Essential criteria include expert knowledge of patient assessment/triage, managed a caseload, experience of leadership, and experience of providing expert advice. Desirable criteria include experience of delivering a vaccination program.
