About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the DHL eCommerce brand with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a clean vehicle and adhering to safety protocols.
- Safely load and unload parcels onto a van, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Deliver products, goods, and parcels to designated locations within set timeframes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive materials with authorization, maintaining high standards of customer care and confidentiality.
- Utilize delivery equipment, including handheld scanners, to manage up to 100 shipments per day, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and no disqualifications in the last five years.
- Multi-drop experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving team goals.
