About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Collections and Delivery Driver to join our team at DHL eCommerce UK Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the DHL eCommerce brand with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a clean vehicle and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Safely load and unload parcels onto a van, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Deliver products, goods, and parcels safely and efficiently to designated locations within set timeframes.
  • Handle sensitive materials with authorization, if necessary, and provide high standards of customer care.
  • Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including handheld scanners, to deliver up to 100 shipments per day.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and not disqualified in the last five years.
  • Multi-drop experience (preferable).
  • An enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player.
