IFA Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our client support team at Intega IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to our paraplanners and IFAs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and process documentation for new and existing clients, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Manage cases using our CRM portals and provider platforms, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Handle incoming queries from internal staff, clients, and external providers via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all compiled files meet compliance requirements, reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third parties, promoting our services in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within the financial services industry.
  • GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial and non-financial data.
  • Experience in communicating with and managing expectations with clients.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
  • High level of initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Prior experience working with CRMs/online portals such as Intelliflo Office (desirable).
  • Platform experience with Nucleus, Transact, Quilter, and Standard Life/abrdn (desirable).
