About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IFA administrator to join our team at Laithwaite Financial Services Ltd. As an IFA administrator, you will provide general administration support to our Financial Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our back-office system and maintaining accurate and detailed client files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers, including inputting and maintaining our back-office system.
  • Ensure client files are up to date and meet Compliance standards.
  • Prepare Illustrations, key features, and application forms.
  • Process new business, place trades, submit pension and investment transfers.
  • Prepare letters of authority, contact providers, and liaise with clients.
  • Prepare valuations and performance reports.
  • Prepare client reviews.
  • Compile client meeting packs.

Requirements
