Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sports Assistant/Fitness Instructor to support the operation of our sports facilities at the Walsall and Wolverhampton Campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise gym operations and lead group exercise classes
  • Provide fitness suite inductions and assist with sports set-ups and de-rigs
  • Manage sports centre reception duties and handle customer enquiries
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the successful operation of the business
Requirements
  • Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification
  • Experience leading group exercise classes (advantageous or willingness to achieve within 3 months)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns (7-day operation between 6:15am-10:30pm)
