We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Clacton-on-Sea on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleep-ins, and weekends, and will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the service and the individuals we support.

About Our Service

Our service provides support to four ladies who share their home and require assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic duties, and social activities.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for supporting individuals with their daily lives, be flexible and adaptable, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also need to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
